When we began working with Bryan Davis and The Big D Team, one of the first tasks was migrating their old and outdated website to a new responsive, mobile-friendly website. This included organizing and optimizing content to be search engine friendly, with the priority focused on user experience and navigation.
After migrating the site to the new platform, we launched a content marketing campaign that included leveraging blog content to build a stronger social media presence, focusing specifically on Facebook. Blog content allowed for paid social campaigns that align The Big D Team as real estate experts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and supported the mission of the organization in providing quality service to its clients.
We focused on delivering engaging and visual social media content to followers, and have positioned The Big D team as thought leaders in North Texas real estate.
The combination of a paid social content strategy along with promoted listings has shown a significant increase in website traffic in 2016, with an increase of 69% sessions, 79% users, an 54% page views between Q2 and Q3. We have also achieved an increase of 63% in social media followers, with thousands of impressions each week.
