In January 2018 BBM began a an ongoing relationship with creative agency Sofa Couch Media to serve as consultants for clients interested in paid social campaigns, and long-term SEO strategies. BBM works with SCM to use digital content created by SCM in highly targeted campaigns that generate traffic and conversions based on client needs.

For SCM clients who have specific traffic and conversion related goals, Sofa Couch will partner with BBM to perform in-depth competitor and keyword analysis that will be folded into the strategic development of campaigns. We then work closely together in creating deliverables that will best meet the client objectives and drive conversions and traffic based on client-defined goals.

Jeff Kramer is a Dallas/Fort Worth residential mortgage lender who specializes in veteran home loans, first time homebuyers and self-employed mortgage borrowers, and was looking to create a digital presence that would reflect his expertise in the DFW real estate market. His campaign included the creation of a custom website with a focus on responsive design and content optimization on mortgage related keywords. As part of his digital marketing strategy, he wanted to create a website that featured robust content that highlighted his service offerings to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This meant the creation and optimization of a number of pages that featured a significant amount of industry-specific content that was created with his target audience in mind. Jeff wanted to promote his suite of mortgage industry specific tools and resources to potential and existing clients.

In addition to his website, Jeff also tasked Browder Brand Management, LLC with creating a Kramer Mortgage Facebook business page that would be used to communicate directly with his audience.

Browder Brand Management, LLC will be working with Jeff over the coming months to implement a content strategy that includes social campaigns and a blog creation strategy to support ongoing SEO efforts. Jeff has also elected to participate in a local link building strategy to generate highly localized traffic to his various web properties. This included the creation of a number of web 2.0 properties that would be strategically connected across channels.

Browder Property Investments, LLC

Browder Property Investments, LLC is a Dallas/Fort Worth real estate investing company that needed a full digital package including a new website and social media management. The goal was to create a digital presence that would allow the company to share available listings and serve as a lead generation tool to acquire properties.

Since the site was a local small business, we were able to develop a self-hosted site that allowed for a number of plugins for optimization and customization. The client also needed custom email accounts and accessible analytics. These were all set up using G-Suite and Google Analytics, which allows the flexibility and customization for small businesses, and offers an affordable and scalable solution.

Since the creation of the site, we have run multiple social campaigns for real estate listings, and have seen an overall increase in referrals and traffic. The client did not want to focus on a comprehensive content marketing campaign, but instead uses the site as an advertising platform.

In Q4 2017 Browder Property Investments, LLC engage BBM to begin an online lead generation campaign using Facebook ads and Adwords campaigns. We were able to generate quality real estate leads using advanced targeting and audience segmentation. We also implemented an email marketing strategy that has averaged a 55% increase over industry benchmarks for real estate email.

Elaine White Homes

As with other real estate clients, we began working with Elaine White Homes to create a comprehensive content marketing plan that would effectively utilize digital channels and increase the exposure for her business. Elaine was interested in developing a robust website and meaningful online presence that included an active social component that would reflect her status as a premier Flower Mound real estate agent. While Elaine has been active on Facebook, she had not made the transition to utilizing a Facebook Business page, or participate in paid social promotion.

When we began working with Elaine we wanted to make sure that her digital channels reflected her personality. A major component of this involved the use of imagery that aligned with Elaine’s taste and style. We worked closely with Elaine to identify the style of images she wanted included on her site and what best represented her brand. She was great to work with, and had significant input in what she wanted her site to look like. She was tasked with sending us examples of images and color schemes that she liked, which we used as a starting point in creating her content.


The content strategy is a fluid and organic approach that is largely focused on updating and refining the content that she has used on her old websites. While we moved the existing content to her new website, we focused on optimizing the original content with a plan to continuously update and refine the content to create a valuable source of information for her site visitors.

Elaine’s social presence is focused on providing valuable real estate content to her Facebook audience, and also highlights the communities she serves. After discussing the social strategy, we determined that the messaging would not be focused on hard sells, but would be focused on sharing specific information to targeted audiences. The goal is to engage a local audience on a daily basis by sharing timely and relevant content to her followers, and provide industry specific insights.

The Big D Team is a team of real estate specialists in Plano, TX and one of our first clients.

When we began working with Bryan Davis and The Big D Team, one of the first tasks was migrating their old and outdated website to a new responsive, mobile-friendly website. This included organizing and optimizing content to be search engine friendly, with the priority focused on user experience and navigation.

After migrating the site to the new platform, we launched a content marketing campaign that included leveraging blog content to build a stronger social media presence, focusing specifically on Facebook. Blog content allowed for paid social campaigns that align The Big D Team as real estate experts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and supported the mission of the organization in providing quality service to its clients.

We focused on delivering engaging and visual social media content to followers, and have positioned The Big D team as thought leaders in North Texas real estate.

The combination of a paid social content strategy along with promoted listings has shown a significant increase in website traffic in 2016, with an increase of 69% sessions, 79% users, an 54% page views between Q2 and Q3. We have also achieved an increase of 63% in social media followers, with thousands of impressions each week.
